How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets a 30-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all features including all add-ons. At the end of the trial you choose a plan and enter payment, or your account is locked (data retained for 30 days).
What counts as a user?
A user is any team member who can log into your PropCompliance organization. Tenants and vendors who access their separate portals do not count as users.
Can I change my user count later?
Yes. You can add or remove users at any time from the Stripe billing portal or by inviting team members in your settings. Changes to user count prorate immediately.
Do I need the Compliance add-on?
The compliance features — inspections, COI tracking, permits, leases, and AI document scanning — are in the Compliance Pro add-on. The base plans cover property management, tenant portals, vendor portals, and ticketing. Try everything free for 30 days to see what fits.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. Changes take effect immediately with proration.
What is your refund policy?
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See our Terms of Service for full details.
